  • How Do I Apply?

    We welcome applications for your son to attend Merchiston Preparatory School. To apply, please follow the steps below.

    1. Access the Application Form
    Please select and download the application form relevant to your son’s grade level. 

    2. Completion & Supporting Documents
    The Application Form must be completed in full. Please ensure you attach all required supporting documents as listed on the application (e.g., Unabridged Birth Certificate, Immunization Card, latest School Report, and Parents’ ID documents).

    3. Submission Procedure Once completed, please place the Application Form and all supporting documents in a sealed envelope.

    • Drop-off Location: Security Gate Number 1 (324 Bulwer Street).

    • Processing Date: We will begin processing applications for the 2027 intake from 02 March 2026.
